Interesting that they don’t cite as a source our book on the reptiles and amphibians of the Dutch windward islands, especially since the Nature Foundation of St. Maarten helped in its production (or maybe they just couldn’t pull apart the glossy pages that tenaciously stick to each other — in hindsight a really bad idea to coat entire pages, although they look nice if you can get to them).
